Children and young people sometimes struggle to express how they feel. Changes at school, friendship issues, family challenges, anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed can all affect their wellbeing.
I offer a safe, supportive space where children and young people can explore their thoughts and feelings in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Sessions are tailored to the individual — some young people prefer to talk openly, while others benefit from creative activities, reflection, or guided conversation. My integrative, person-centred approach ensures each child or young person is met with empathy, patience, and understanding.
