Taking the first step
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.
You’re very welcome to get in touch to ask questions, arrange an initial conversation, or book your first session.

What to Expect in Your First Session
Starting counselling can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure about what to expect.
The first session is an opportunity to meet in a relaxed, supportive way. We can talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you might like support with, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — you move at a pace that feels comfortable.
You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions about counselling or how I work. The first session helps you decide whether working together feels right for you.
If you’re thinking about starting counselling, you’re very welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session or have a brief conversation first.
